So I want to try goji, but which type is best for me?
There are two main forms of goji on the market today. One is goji in a dried form and the other is goji in a juice form. Depending on who you talk to one is always better then the other. The one thing that matters more then anything is for the individual to find out which one they prefer the best, because if one is better then the other it will not help you if you do not take it on a regular basis.
